Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a well-established aged care provider in Queensland, Australia. This is a permanent full-time position offering competitive pay, stable employment, ongoing professional support, and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a residential aged care environment while working alongside an experienced clinical team. This role also offers a potential pathway to permanent residency for eligible applicants.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Administer medications and monitor residents' health outcomes
• Provide wound care, chronic disease management, and ongoing clinical reviews
• Support and supervise Enrolled Nurses and care staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards
• Collaborate with doctors, families, and allied health professionals to achieve the best resident outcomes
• Promote safe, person-centred care and a positive living environment for residents
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
• Follow workplace policies, procedures, and infection control standards

• Current Registered Nurse qualification equivalent to Australian standards
• AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain registration
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical experience in aged care, hospital, or acute care settings
• Demonstrated English language proficiency meeting Australian registration and visa requirements
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred aged care
• Ability to meet Australian employer-sponsored visa requirements
