Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join established residential aged care providers across Western Australia. These are permanent full-time opportunities offering competitive salaries, supportive clinical teams, and career development in regional communities.

Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Sponsorship is available for suitable international candidates, with relocation assistance and accommodation offered for selected locations.

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and clinical interventions
• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, pharmacies and other service providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff during shifts
• Support the implementation of clinical policies, procedures and quality standards
• Promote person-centred care that respects residents' preferences and wellbeing
• Contribute to a safe, positive and collaborative working environment

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Previous experience in residential aged care is highly desirable
• Ability to work permanent full-time rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster
• Understanding of Australian Aged Care Quality Standards
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations (or ability to meet employer requirements)
• Eligibility for Australian work rights or sponsorship
