The Opportunity
A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead at a vibrant, premium hospitality venue in Victoria.
This is more than a day-to-day management role. You’ll be responsible for building a strong Front of House culture, developing talented hospitality professionals, elevating service standards and helping drive the venue’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Front of House operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Motivate and develop a high-performing hospitality team
- Create a positive workplace culture built around teamwork, accountability and service excellence
- Set clear service expectations and maintain consistently high guest experience standards
- Manage staff rosters, reservations, guest flow and daily operational requirements
- Recruit new team members and oversee onboarding, training and ongoing development
- Coach and mentor employees to support career development and staff retention
- Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service and operations
- Track KPIs and contribute to revenue, profitability and overall venue performance
- Assist with labour, stock and operational cost control
- Use POS, rostering and other hospitality management systems effectively
- Handle guest concerns and operational challenges with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with RSA, workplace health and safety and other relevant requirements
- Work with senior management to implement strategies that support business growth
- Champion responsible, sustainable and professional hospitality practices
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Restaurant Management or a senior Front of House leadership position
- Proven experience in premium, busy or high-volume hospitality environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, training and retaining hospitality employees
- Strong understanding of restaurant service, venue operations and guest experience
- Confident using POS, rostering, stock control and other operational systems
- Commercially minded with an understanding of KPIs, financial performance and cost control
- Valid RSA certification
- Hospitality qualifications such as Certificate IV or higher are advantageous
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of working under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable customer experiences
- Commitment to workplace safety, compliance and professional standards
