Roofer

We are seeking experienced Roofers with proven commercial and industrial roofing skills for an established construction team in South Australia.

This opportunity is designed for tradespeople who can demonstrate their practical experience, understand professional construction standards and take pride in delivering quality work. Your previous roofing projects, technical capabilities and overall trade background will be important in assessing your suitability for the role.

You will contribute to commercial roofing and cladding projects alongside an experienced site team, with access to ongoing work and the opportunity to establish yourself in the Australian construction industry.

• Install commercial roofing systems across construction projects
• Complete metal roofing and wall cladding installations
• Install flashings and associated roofing components
• Review construction plans, drawings and specifications before commencing work
• Measure, prepare and install roofing materials accurately
• Perform roofing work safely in elevated and high-risk work environments
• Use roofing tools, equipment and materials appropriately
• Work alongside supervisors and other construction trades
• Maintain consistent quality and professional workmanship
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with site preparation, material movement and installation activities
• Keep work areas organised and maintain good site presentation
• Identify and report issues affecting quality, safety or project progress
• Complete additional roofing and cladding tasks according to project requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Roofer
• Commercial or industrial roofing experience
• Practical experience with metal roofing and cladding highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to work safely at heights
• Strong knowledge of roofing tools, equipment and installation practices
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings and technical specifications
• Understanding of Australian-style construction site safety expectations
• Reliable attendance and strong professional work ethic
• Ability to work productively within a site-based construction team
• Relevant roofing trade qualification highly regarded
• Current driver's licence preferred
• Ability to provide photographs, portfolio material or other evidence of previous roofing projects
• Applicants must be prepared to relocate to South Australia
