Sales Consultant

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Consultants to join a fast-growing renewable energy company in New South Wales, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in one of Australia's fastest-growing industries, helping customers transition to renewable energy solutions.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to develop your career, we are looking for people with the right attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

• Assess customers' current energy usage and requirements
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable renewable energy solutions
• Prepare quotations and present product recommendations
• Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry through to project completion
• Follow up with customers and close sales opportunities
• Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals
• Support other business activities as required

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role is highly desirable
• Experience in retail, hospitality, call centre or field sales is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Resilient, enthusiastic and determined
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
