The Opportunity
This Sales Support opportunity is centred on more than simply following up leads. It is about creating confidence at every stage of the customer journey by making sure customer needs, information, referrals, and agreed solutions are handled accurately and professionally.
You will work at the point where customer conversations become real outcomes, connecting coaches, customers, and internal teams to ensure every opportunity is properly understood, verified, and progressed. Your ability to communicate clearly, maintain accurate information, and build trust will be essential to delivering a consistent customer experience across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key connection point between customers, coaches, and internal operational teams
- Follow through on customer needs and opportunities identified during coaching conversations
- Communicate with customers to confirm requirements and progress agreed solutions
- Ensure customer information and referrals are handled accurately and professionally
- Manage the referral journey from initial identification through to completion
- Follow up leads and ensure opportunities are progressed appropriately
- Build customer confidence through clear, timely, and consistent communication
- Maintain strong working relationships with coaches and internal stakeholders
- Represent the organisation professionally across customer interactions
- Identify gaps, clarify requirements, and help prevent errors or delays in customer processes
- Coordinate multiple customer requirements while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve customer issues by applying sound judgement and practical problem-solving
- Use digital systems and technology to maintain accurate records and manage workflows
- Adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities
- Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on trusted service and positive customer outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, client support, or another relationship-focused environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with different types of customers
- Confident and professional when communicating directly with customers
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear actions
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail when handling customer information and referrals
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Resilient and adaptable when working in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using technology and learning new digital systems
