Scaffolder

A growing scaffolding team  seeking dependable Scaffolders and Scaffold Labourers who take pride in safe, quality work. This opportunity is suited to people who can demonstrate the right experience, practical skills and professional attitude for a busy work environment.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to secure consistent 40–60 hour working weeks, competitive overtime rates and ongoing employment.

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding systems safely and efficiently
• Ensure scaffolding structures are installed in accordance with safety requirements
• Inspect scaffolding components and identify potential safety issues
• Work safely at heights while following required fall protection procedures
• Use scaffolding equipment, tools and materials correctly
• Follow site instructions, safety procedures and industry standards
• Coordinate with other scaffolders, labourers and construction personnel
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
• Complete assigned scaffolding work to a high standard and within required timeframes
• Scaffold Labourers
• Assist experienced scaffolders with erection and dismantling activities
• Move, carry and prepare scaffolding components and equipment
• Load, unload and organise materials on site
• Provide general support to the scaffolding crew
• Maintain safe and tidy work areas
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced scaffolders
• Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
• Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the working day
• Develop practical scaffolding skills through on-the-job experience

• Current White Card
• Current Working at Heights ticket
• Current Scaffolding ticket/licence
• Demonstrated scaffolding experience
• Strong understanding of workplace safety
• Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments
• Reliable and punctual work history
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Scaffold Labourers
• Current White Card
• Working at Heights ticket preferred
• Candidates without a Working at Heights ticket will be restricted to ground-level duties
• Previous construction or labouring experience advantageous
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
• Reliable and willing to work consistent hours
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions
• Positive attitude and dependable approach to work
