Security Officer

• Manage and monitor access to secure premises
• Verify authorised personnel, contractors and visitors
• Conduct routine patrols and maintain strong awareness of site activities
• Identify and report suspicious behaviour, incidents and potential security risks
• Respond appropriately to alarms and security-related incidents
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Communicate effectively with personnel and visitors
• Follow strict site procedures, security protocols and operational requirements
• Prepare accurate incident reports, logs and security documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability and professionalism at all times

• Australian Citizenship may be required for security clearance eligibility
• Current QLD Security Licence is required
• Existing security clearance is highly regarded
• Eligible candidates without the required clearance may be considered for clearance sponsorship, subject to applicable conditions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of personal integrity and professional accountability
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to meet strict identity, credential and background verification requirements
• Willingness to comply with all security clearance and site requirements
• Previous experience in security or high-security environments is advantageous
