Senior Hairdresser/ Senior stylist

• Deliver professional hair styling services to a diverse client base
• Consult with clients to understand their individual hair goals and recommend suitable services
• Perform cutting, colouring, styling and other professional hairdressing services
• Create high-quality results while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
• Provide professional advice on hair care, maintenance and styling
• Maintain a consistently high standard of client service
• Work effectively with other stylists and salon team members
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming salon environment
• Follow professional salon, hygiene and workplace standards
• Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques and industry developments
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development
• Provide hair extension services where appropriately trained
• Support client retention through quality service and professional communication
• Contribute positively to the salon's overall team culture and client experience

• Relevant hairdressing qualification or recognised professional training
• Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or experienced hairdresser
• Ability to demonstrate and verify relevant professional experience and identity
• Strong technical skills across core professional hairdressing services
• Confident client consultation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Passion for hairdressing and continued professional development
• Professional, approachable and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Good understanding of salon hygiene and professional standards
• Reliable, motivated and committed approach to work
• Willingness to participate in the required candidate verification process
• Previous hair extension experience is highly advantageous
