• Provide professional hair cutting, colouring and styling services
• Conduct detailed client consultations and understand individual client requirements
• Deliver consistently high-quality results while maintaining professional service standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Apply current styling techniques, trends and industry practices
• Work confidently with professional salon products and equipment
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, presentation and salon professionalism
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on client needs
• Contribute positively to the wider salon team
• Support and mentor junior stylists by sharing technical knowledge and experience
• Participate in ongoing education, workshops and professional development
• Maintain awareness of new techniques, products and developments within the hair industry

• Relevant hairdressing qualification
• Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Stylist or in a comparable senior-level role
• Strong technical capability across cutting, colouring and styling
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented salon
• Willingness to support and mentor less-experienced team members
