Shift Manager

• Lead and supervise team members during daily shifts
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Manage daily shift operations efficiently
• Monitor labour costs, inventory levels, and stock control
• Handle cash management and follow company cash handling procedures
• Support achievement of sales, quality, and profitability targets
• Coach, train, and motivate team members
• Monitor operational performance and key business metrics
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture

• Previous management, supervisory, or team leadership experience
• Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar customer-focused environment preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
