An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Outdoor Blind Installer to join a growing company specializing in premium outdoor blinds, awnings, and retractable shade systems. This role involves installing high-quality residential outdoor shading solutions while working with a supportive team that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will begin with comprehensive training as an Assistant Installer and have the opportunity to progress into a Lead Installer position.

• Install outdoor blinds, awnings, and retractable shade systems
•  Assist with on-site installation and project completion
•  Measure, prepare, and fit aluminium and timber components
•  Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
•  Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
•  Work collaboratively with installers and site teams
•  Follow workplace health and safety procedures
•  Load, unload, and handle installation materials and equipment
•  Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timeframes
•  Provide professional customer service during installations
•  Maintain company tools, equipment, and work vehicles
•  Support continuous improvement and team objectives

• Previous experience in carpentry, general construction, or a similar installation role
•  Experience working with aluminium and timber materials
•  Physically fit and capable of manual work
•  Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
•  Current driver's licence
•  Excellent time management skills
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
•  Good communication and problem-solving skills
•  Commitment to workplace safety
•  Ability to work full-time in New South Wales
