Spray Painter

• Prepare damaged panels and vehicle surfaces for painting
• Carry out colour matching and paint preparation
• Complete preparation, priming and refinishing work
• Perform small and large-scale automotive paint repairs
• Apply paint finishes to manufacturer and workshop standards
• Use the Glasurit automotive paint system
• Check completed repairs for finish, colour and quality
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment
• Follow safety and environmental requirements
• Coordinate with other technicians to complete repair jobs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and presentation

• Recognised Spray Painting trade qualification
• Relevant experience within the automotive repair industry
• Proven ability to complete small and large repairs
• Experience with automotive refinishing systems
• Glasurit experience highly regarded
• Strong technical and practical skills
• Quality-focused approach to vehicle repairs
• Reliable, motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to commit to a long-term role in Australia
