We are seeking a qualified Endorsed Enrolled Nurse ready to progress into a leadership-focused position within a residential aged care environment in Victoria, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for supporting care teams, coordinating resident care and helping maintain a safe, respectful and person-centred environment.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality and person-centred care to residents
• Lead and supervise care delivery during designated shifts or within allocated areas
• Support care teams in meeting the individual needs, preferences and goals of each resident
• Assist with the coordination of clinical and personal care requirements across the residence
• Provide social and emotional support that promotes resident wellbeing and dignity
• Support medication management within the authorised scope of practice
• Perform medication-related duties in accordance with professional requirements, legislation and workplace procedures
• Assist with nutrition and hydration monitoring and support
• Participate in pressure care management and other ongoing clinical care activities
• Work closely with senior clinical staff and nursing teams to maintain continuity of care
• Provide guidance and support to care staff during shifts
• Promote effective communication between residents, families and care team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and use relevant workplace information systems
• Follow workplace health and safety, infection prevention and control requirements
• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative and supportive team environment

• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing or equivalent recognised qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
• Authorisation to administer medication within the relevant professional scope
• Current National Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain the required clearance
• Ability to provide relevant qualifications, registration and employment credentials for eligibility assessment
• Strong commitment to professional integrity, honesty and responsible care
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead and support a care team effectively
• Working knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures
• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
• Ability to use workplace technology and learn new systems
• Strong commitment to delivering safe, respectful and high-quality resident care
• Previous experience in residential aged care or a similar environment will be highly regarded
