• Carry out tyre fitting and wheel alignment services
• Complete brake and clutch repairs and related mechanical work
• Machine brake discs, drums and flywheels accurately
• Receive, check and dispatch automotive parts and tyres
• Maintain organised storage of brakes, clutches, tyres and related products
• Support the sales team with day-to-day automotive aftermarket operations
• Assist with deliveries when required
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop environment
• Work independently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Follow workplace procedures and contribute positively to a professional team environment

• Minimum 1 year of relevant automotive or mechanical experience
• Demonstrated practical experience in automotive aftermarket work
• Tyre fitting, wheel alignment, brake or clutch experience is highly desirable
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliable, motivated and safety-conscious approach to work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Current driver's licence
• Australian mechanical licence is advantageous but not essential
• Must have valid Australian work rights or meet the requirements for employer sponsorship
• Genuine and verifiable employment experience
• Willingness to commit to the position and relocate within New South Wales if required
