Wall & Floor Tiler

We are looking for an experienced Tiler in South Australia who can demonstrate strong practical skills, reliability and a commitment to delivering work they can be proud of.

This opportunity is designed for a tradesperson who values professional standards and wants access to a steady pipeline of work without the usual pressure of finding customers, preparing quotes or chasing outstanding payments. Jobs are allocated in advance, with work supplied and payments made weekly.

Your practical experience, qualifications and work eligibility will form an important part of the selection process, helping ensure the right tradesperson is matched to the opportunity and its expectations.

• Complete high-quality tiling installations across assigned projects
• Carry out waterproofing works using appropriate industry practices
• Prepare surfaces and complete screeding before tile installation
• Measure, set out and install tiles accurately
• Complete grouting and finishing to a high professional standard
• Work with epoxy grout where required, with training available
• Perform caulking and sealing to achieve clean, durable finishes
• Remove and refit basic shower screens when required
• Ensure completed work meets required quality and workmanship standards
• Identify and address defects or finishing issues before completion
• Maintain clean and organised work areas throughout each project
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain a customer-focused approach
• Complete scheduled work within agreed timeframes
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the wider team

• Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in tiling and waterproofing
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality tiling and waterproofing work
• Experience with basic shower screen removal and refitting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• English-speaking with effective customer communication skills
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Own suitable commercial vehicle
• Current White Card
• Valid ABN and required insurances
• Australian work rights or eligibility for sponsorship
• Reliable work history and demonstrated commitment to professional standards
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet project requirements
