Waterproofer Sheet Membrane Installer

We are seeking an experienced Tradesman Waterproofing Applicator – Sheet Membrane Installer to join a leading residential waterproofing company in New South Wales. This is a full-time opportunity offering excellent earning potential, consistent work on premium residential projects, and long-term career growth.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced team installing high-quality sheet membrane waterproofing systems across residential construction projects. Ongoing training is provided to keep your skills current with industry-leading waterproofing systems.

• Install sheet membrane waterproofing systems from substrate preparation through to final completion
• Prepare and inspect surfaces before membrane installation
• Complete waterproofing work to a high standard in accordance with industry requirements
• Install PVC and other sheet membrane waterproofing systems
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Communicate professionally with builders, site supervisors and clients
• Organise materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining workmanship standards
• Participate in ongoing product and installation training
• Represent the company professionally on all worksites

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet membrane waterproofing installation
• Proven ability to independently install sheet membrane waterproofing systems
• Experience with PVC membrane systems or similar waterproofing products
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Experience working on residential construction projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Current driver's licence
• White Card
• Reliable, motivated and safety focused
